Our Events
At The Mindset, we have created a jam packed calendar of events designed to engage the community whilst promoting physical activity, and the enhancing mental wellbeing of each attendee.
Our Community Fitness Challenges encourage collective participation, offering activities like step challenges, outdoor boot camps, and virtual fitness contests that inspire motivation and a sense of achievement. Through Wellness Workshops, we empower individuals with knowledge on stress management, mindfulness, nutrition, and holistic health practices. Our Mind-Body Connection Events delve into the link between physical fitness and mental health, featuring yoga and movement therapy sessions that are sure to promote emotional balance.
We also embrace the great outdoors with our Outdoor Adventure Days, which include group nature walks and fitness activities that combine physical exercise with the calming benefits of nature. For families and young people, our Family and Youth Wellness Events offer fun and educational activities like family fitness days, youth sports clinics, and wellness camps that encourage healthy habits from a young age. Additionally, we host Mental Health Awareness Events to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide resources through talks and on-going support from experts.
Our Corporate Wellness Days bring fitness and wellbeing initiatives into the workplace, offering on-site fitness sessions, stress management workshops, and team wellness challenges that enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.
